DELIVERY
All products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
Please allow 7-14 working days for fulfilment on made-to-order products.
If you require swimwear sooner or have a special delivery request please mail contact us directly.
Allow 3-4 working days for delivery to all major centres across SA and usually a day longer for rural areas.
We make use of The Courier Guy (Pudo) or DSV courier services.
In the rare instance, orders may be dispatched a day or two later due to public holidays, time of order, weekends, etc.
RETURNS
We will gladly return or exchange any size within the following conditions:
– Swimwear or Towelling in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
– Please don’t remove the Hygiene sticker on the swimwear
REFUND PAYMENTS
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of Eendjie receiving the return parcel.
Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
