Refunds & Returns Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We will gladly return or exchange any size within the following conditions:

– Swimwear or Towelling to be returned in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
– Please don’t remove the Hygiene sticker on the swimwear
– If the garment/item is in a damaged, dirty, worn state a refund cannot be executed. Please insure items are in the same condition as received.
– In the case of a product defect or order error, Eendjie Clothing will return and/or exchange the order shipping fees at no cost to the customer.
– Eendjie Clothing does not cover the cost for return and/or exchange shipping unless otherwise stated(see above).
– We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and will assist at great length to meet these standards.

REFUND PAYMENTS

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, within 5 business days of Eendjie receiving the return parcel.
Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
